Anyone know where I can find some of these?
It's a dummy hinge door strap for decorative purposes only.
I've seen plenty in the US for around $12 - $18 each though the international shipping cost to Australia is ridiculous (like over $100!).
I have come across a couple in Australia though they are a little more ornate and a tad too gothic in style for what I'm going for:
I'm after shortish ones at around 18cm - 30cm (7 inches - 12 inches) in length.
Of course if I can't find any for a reasonable price I'll probably just have to consider making them myself (somehow) but before I go to that trouble I just thought I'd send out a little SOS.
