It's hard to imagine the beautifully decorated spaces you see on blogs and Instagram could ever be less than perfect. It's easy to assume these gorgeous spaces are always impeccably neat and perfectly organized. Well, guess what? I'm here to tell you that the majority of bloggers, Instagrammers and influencers do not always live a perfectly neat and organized life. I've talked to many blogger friends and there's almost always a mess behind the camera.
It can be so easy to compare our less than perfect homes with those that seem so perfect. I know I sometimes get discouraged with the way my home looks. The paper piles that need to be sorted, the laundry overflowing from baskets, the never-ending dog hair that needs to be vacuumed, but then I remember the mess is what makes our house a home. The mess tells a story and is creating memories.
